My computer is acting up and I can’t get any of my work done because there is this error message that keeps popping up while I’m trying to work and it says that there is a problem with the application and that there is not enough memory and when I try to make it go away it pops up again four or five more times before it finally goes away but then the hard drive starts to make a whole bunch of noise and the mouse turns into an hourglass so I can’t click on anything and I just sit and wait for about three minutes before I can click on anything to try to save my document that I have been working on for the past hour and I’m worried that I’m going to lose all my work that has to be ready and printed by tomorrow morning and even if my computer was not acting up my printer is not printing anything that I send it and the print jobs are all backed up in the print queue and I don’t even know how to get rid of them either so I really really hope that you can help me before I take my computer and . . .
